The University is fully recognized by the Turks and Caicos Islands Ministry of Education as a degree-granting institution for Associate’s degree, Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, and Doctorate along with Certificate programs.

Pete Ooi Pit Tatt , CTP, ACIS, CFP, MBA, PhD, PD (Oxford) is the President of Global Leadership Academy (GLA), Malaysia , an organization dedicated to the vision of “ Connecting Leaders Unlimited Expertise”. Presently GLA has successfully contributed to the development of many business leaders in Malaysia and Vietnam through it’s dynamic leadership, management and finance programs. Dr. Pete has more than 30 years training and teaching experiences.
